Although each project is different, and the amount of time needed for a set of images will depend entirely on the circumstances, the following should provide a rough guide as to the kind of costs you might expect. Half Day
£650 +VAT
Half day's corporate photography (up to 4 hours), including post processing (editing, cropping, colour correction and optimisation of exposures), also inclusive of first year's image hosting.
Full Day
£895 +VAT
Full day's corporate photography (up to 8 hours), including post processing (editing, cropping, colour correction and optimisation of exposures), also inclusive of first year's image hosting.
Additional year's image hosting
£100 +VAT
Annual charge should you wish to extend your image hosting beyond the first free year. High resolution images are stored online in a password protected archive and available for download 24/7 in both high and low resolution formats.
Travel
£0.5 +VAT/mile
Any parking or congestion zone costs are charged at cost. Travel is calculated separately when not by car.
Additional retouching
£50 +VAT/hour
Basic post-processing is included in the initial rate. However, if you need further retouching (for example skin smoothing, removal of image elements) I'm happy to do this and charge by the hour.
Subscription Service

For regular photography sessions, I provide custom rates depending on the frequency and duration of the shoot. These are more cost effective than one-off day and half-day shoots. Please get in touch for further details.
